Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NoSpace mobile application ("NoSpace," "the App," "our App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and NoSpace ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Description of Service

NoSpace is a mobile application designed to help users format and clean text by removing extra spaces and improving text presentation. The App provides:

All processing occurs locally on your device, and no data is transmitted to external servers.

Acceptance and Eligibility

Age Requirements

NoSpace is suitable for users of all ages. There are no age restrictions for using the App. However, if you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained permission from your parent or guardian to use the App.

Geographic Availability

The App is available worldwide through the Apple App Store. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

License and Permitted Use

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your iOS devices for personal or commercial use.

Permitted Uses

You may use NoSpace to:

• Save and manage your processing history locally
• Export processed text for your own use

Prohibited Uses

User Content and Data

Your Content

You retain full ownership of any text content you input into NoSpace. The App processes your content locally on your device, and we do not claim any rights to your content.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you process through NoSpace. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you process
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Your content does not infringe on the rights of third parties
• Your use of the App complies with all applicable laws

Data Privacy

All your data remains on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your content or any personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

Intellectual Property Rights

App Ownership

NoSpace, including its design, functionality, code, and all related materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the App.

Trademarks

NoSpace and all related marks, logos, and trade names are trademarks or registered trademarks of NoSpace. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Content

The App may include third-party software components that are subject to separate license terms. These components are clearly identified and subject to their respective licenses.

App Store Terms

Your use of NoSpace is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store from which you downloaded the App. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail regarding your relationship with Apple.

Apple Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and NoSpace only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

NoSpace operates offline and locally on your device. While we strive to ensure the App functions reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accuracy Disclaimer

While NoSpace is designed to accurately process and format text, we do not guarantee that the App will meet all your specific needs or that text processing will always produce the exact results you expect.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOSPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Updates and Modifications

App Updates

We may periodically release updates to NoSpace to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed depending on your device settings.

Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• Significant changes will be communicated through the App or our website
• Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms

Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using NoSpace at any time by deleting the App from your device. Upon deletion, all locally stored data will be removed from your device.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to NoSpace if you violate these Terms. Since the App operates locally, termination would primarily affect future updates and support.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
